I'm not sure, if anything can be done against this. They call theirself a funclan. I'm calling it boring & sad.

nothing will happen - just ignore it and enjoy your gaming
there getting a "kick" from thinking they are cool by "spoofing" a tag but it happens in dp - most likely ppl will fake DB 3iob etcetra its very common

dont show any emotion/aggression and they will eventually stop
