Hovno speedhacking?

QEHS Beginner Pub 2,  about 11.30 pm GMT +2.
I recorded a short demo, and of course forgot to type players in the console, hopefully an admin can get his IP.

I checked for hovno in dplogin, http://www.dplogin.com/index.php?action=viewmember&playerid=51247

Some other guys were recording too, I hope they're clever enough to post it here.
