The tutorial that I'd like to see is how to compile a 'sample map' from a fresh install of Worldcraft.  Everything from instalation to moving the right textures/files to the right dir and loading textures / entitys / setup for dp mapping.

Then a lil something on brushes and texturing and mapping basics...

That'd be awesome... Cause I really really hate BSP's 3d viewing window... and how it's a pain in the ass to control it with arrow keys and whatnot... and hopefully if WC is just as powerful as BSP, plus it's easier to navigate/use then i'd consider switching over...

This is mainly for those of you that have tried BSP and not liked it and would like an easier alternative.

Let's not make things -too- easy. There are far too many excrement maps out there already.

I'd just like to see how many people would actually read it and try it, 'want it.'
I dunno about reading it, but I definitely want it, baby!

WC's clipping planes suck, and clipping is the best way to develop a map, since that's how the BSP format works.  I should look into setting up/making tutorials for qeradiant, since it's a more current editor and I think has better functionality than both BSP and WC.
