You need to completely remove and install DP again. Don't keep any of the config files you used previously, and don't accept configuration files from anyone.
It sounds like
1) You're not telling the truth
2) You really were compromised by someone, but this is not Jitspoe's fault; your general system security is your own responsibility
3) You started using one of your copies of DP that you were previously cheating on, and failed to properly clean it up (this is still your fault -- you need to completely reinstall DP)
I think the most probable solution is #3. Bevis and I had a fairly lengthy discussion about different possibilities and this same idea kept popping into my head. He was very candid throughout the talk and never told me anything that was contradictory or lead me to think he was lying (although I've got nothing substantial to base this on except blind faith, bevis....).
The factors are:
1.) Do these two*(presumably two) hacks show differently on the cheat detection software.
2.) Can you, Bevis, show that this computer had an IP change and is the same computer used in both cases?
3.) Is it possible to play the game from from an install associated with the hack, not have the hack operating, and still have the cheat detection find it?
One thing that stuck out from our conversation was the fact that this computer was one that was not used by Bevis or ShyGuy except on rare occasions. If all the factors above are reconciled, it seems plausible that he got on the computer and played the install of DP having no idea that the hacks were still on it.
Unfortunately Bevis, even if this is all true, you're probably stilled banned. It's your responsibility to make sure that you remove the old software with cheats and you are on a clean installation of DP.
