I agree, you should make tryouts...cuz then u end up with a bunch of noobs or hackers and stuff. Maybe u could also try inviting players that u think are good for ur clan!

Maybe he's going more towards a community of people that just want to have fun together and occasionally match? For that type of thing, tryouts = not necessary, communication = HIGHLY recommended. A community is very fun to put together, I hope you succeed and have fun with Archadian Knights 1!
