Net_Getpacket: WSAENETREST
« on: January 18, 2009, 12:51:49 AM »
Hey guys i just had a quick question. I just reformatted my laptop proly like less than a week ago and now when i open up my dp and start playing on a pub server it says Net_Getpacket: WSAENETREST from 0.0.0.0:14830 over and over agan. I typed this in the search in the fourms and it kind of related to the yootz thingy when he got it also but it wasnt the right spelling, but anyways it was talking about being banned for cheating or something...?!?!?

PS- i do not cheat, i think you guys know that. If you want demos of anything just let me know will be happy to show.

or just check to make sure no firewalls are blocking ports, (check your firewall logs and forward ports if need be) etc. sk89q site (http://digitalpaint.therisenrealm.com/) probably has some info on it.

the term is "WSAENETRESET" - Network dropped connection on reset.
The connection has been broken due to keep-alive activity detecting a failure while the operation was in progress. It can also be returned by setsockopt if an attempt is made to set SO_KEEPALIVE on a connection that has already failed.

Glossary, if it means anything to you:
