surge protection/power supply

Anyone have a recommendation for something to protect a few thousand dollars worth of home theater and computers? I'm looking around at this, but I don't want to spend more than I really need to, and I don't do well with multiple options.

Shame.  Woot.com had some monster stuff up there a couple times.

Personally I use an APC UPS that I got for $20 after rebates, but I don't have any home theater equipment.  Just computers.
