I think O:A has only received mediocre reviews so far - kind of unsurprising as even Todd Howard responded to the statement "Fallout 3″ is just mediocre when judged as a first person shooter" with 'Agreed.', yet they've stripped out what RPG elements they had (shamefully few IMO) and made it pure FPS in Operation: Anchorage. Apparently it's really short too, and the supposed 'team-based combat' system is just that 'you only have 3 positions to fill, so who do you pick' kind of deal.
Lets hope the other 2 are worth the money (IMHO, not likely).

P.S. I love that Planet XBox 360 said:
"After completing the DLC quest and collecting my items I had mixed feelings about the download. The environment looks like a copy paste of the capital wasteland with snow and the enemy AI is still so-so. For 800 points, you get two hours of linear combat, new items, achievements, and a couple of holotapes that detail a soldier’s experience. I appreciate Bethesda giving me a glimpse into Fallout’s lore (future), but the immersion that makes the game so tantalizing is absent during the entire quest."
....yet gave it 8.3/10. Doesn't sound like 'mixed feelings' to me!
