pps problem

Well here is the problem i usually get somewheres around 69 pps but today when i got online it went to mid 20's and jumping up and down which is causing me to lag horribly anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Well idk what happend but it seems to have just fixed its self dont know how long it will stay though.
