Air bar meter + expand max time underwater

I wouldlike an air bar meter while underwater + expand max time under water to 20/25 seconds instead of 12.5

There are a vast amount of maps that have rounds LESS than 20/25 seconds. It just wouldn't make sense.

All the maps were made with 12.5 in mind, so you can't exactly change it.

I just added the feature vote for the air bar meter.  Limit your threads to a single feature request.  Some people may want the bar, but not the drown time tweak, or vice versa.
