EV1 Servers Down Temporarily
« on: December 15, 2005, 09:46:22 PM »
I'm not sure what happened, but I can't access the server remotely at all.  I'll have to call or email their tech support to see what's up.

Edit: Wonder if I contact "Customer service", "Customer care", or "Support" ...

Edit2: None of the above.  The server just came back up on its own.

Yay! This thread now has no point in living. It must be killed.

Um my server is not on list and I noticed this on your server.
Whats the deal with the pings? Put cap on low pings? My is always around 25. FYI

eh Lol sorry but the pic does not lie, what was that? As soon as I reconneted it went back to normal.  My server was also not on list. Also fixed.

Um... that's weird.  I don't know.  Almost as weird as the fact that you chose to revive this thread to report it.  The reason your server went down was because I set shazam22 as having support for elim mode in the mapinfo file, when, in fact, it didn't.  Usually mappers don't explicitly specify the game mode for spawn points, but in this case, the spawns ONLY work in ctf mode, otherwise the map crashes.
