you should add some easier way to flag
for example some speed jump to flag etc. it would be funny imo

Theres already a speed i was going to make a ladder there and make that barrel closer

You should use phong shading for the half-snow-covered boxes near the flags.

EDIT: Actually, a lot of places could use some phong-shading, makes it look more like soft snow than the straight lines everywhere.

Maybe he uses different than default -chop etc. values, so it makes that staircase effect to shadows

I use the old bsp ( i dont know if that effects it) and i have no idea what default -chop is...
