Mouse Sensitivy & Global Login
« on: August 23, 2009, 08:11:37 PM »
Hi, I'm new here and I just have some questions because the FAQ didn't answer them :(

1) Apparently my account already exists, but I forgot the password to it. The terms of use scared me when it said making multiple accounts would get me banned, so can I reset my password somewhere?

2) I tried to tweak the settings, and my mouse moves REALLY slow. I've set the sensitivity at the highest but there's no difference. What else do I have to do to make it more sensitive?

Thanks for the help in advance.

1. PM -> Jitspoe
2. Windows Settings / in Paintball -> Options -> Control

Email me (jitspoeAyahooDcom), and I'll send you a new password.

You can type "sensitivity #" at the console to change your mouse sensitivity if the settings in the menu don't go high enough (example: sensitivity 20).

My mouse is really really slow too & I typed into the console "sensitivity 55" works a treat
But that doesn't mean it'll work perfectly for you

Thanks, I emailed you.

Also, the console doesn't seem to work for me. I even put sensitivity at a ridiculously high number and there's no effect. Is something wrong with my mouse or my computer?

Is it a track ball mouse or a optic mouse?

It's a laser mouse.

...There's no point. This is the only game the stupid sensitivity won't work. It works fine for every other game and my desktop.

Where did you set that? in windows or in the game?

Try tweaking the m_xp setting to 0/1/2, i remember one of those made my mouse movements seem really slow.
