can anyone please tell me what 4:55 - 7:00 PDT would be in GMT+1?

Pacific time is -8 GMT so you are looking at 9 hours time difference.

Uhh Knack, I think you're wrong. PDT is GMT -7. So it's a 8 hour difference.
