minimizing doesnt work anymore

ii usually minimized dp with tab + this windows key. that doesnt work anymore. i didnt do anything with my keyboard.  only ctrl + escape is still working.

any ideas of fixing?

full screen sux anyway imo. I have 15.4 notebook and when I have full screen it looks so unreal :(

no. it seems like i cant minimize any other game too like that.
