Yep that's my interstate.
Well it's actually I-285, which is a loop around Atlanta.
Seriously, 70+ is the norm as that video shows.
When I was a courier I once raced a cop half way around the perimeter at speed up to 95mph. We raced for around 45 miles through traffic that looked just like that. When I finally pulled a better line and was about to leave him in the dust he turned on his blues and pulled me over and actually laughed about the whole thing with me...ain't that some excrement. He did tell me to slow it down some before he left.
I've had a guy motion me to pull over on that highway. When I did he bradished a gun as he approached my vehicle. I simple hit the gas and got the hell out of there. No shots were fired.
darn that highway sucks.

Oh, I forgot: if your house gets broken in to and you try to stop the intruder, you can get thrown in jail if the intruder gets hurt.
