Choosing a VPS

I am interested in getting a VPS that will be able to host (2-3) servers 24/7.  Also on which general region in the U.S. should I host them from? I've heard so far Chicago, Texas and Denver. Any ideas?

How much  BANDWIDTH is decent enough? Also, how much ram will be needed to have them running?
