This thread is silly. The point being to sue away. You can try to sue over the detection system all you would like but let me break this down to you simply. You checked a box agreeing to the owner's terms (something I think server admins should do as well). You got detected using something you shouldn't be using. Your arguement is that he shouldn't be able to scan for third party hack folders and programs. Well, you are his biggest aid to his defense.
