What's the server setting to require GLS login?

I've searched and i've manually looked through several pages of threads in this section, and I can't find the answer I need. How do I block connections from players that aren't logged in?

set sv_login 2

0 - anyone, doesn't display gls
1 - anyone, displays gls number
2 - gls only
