Insane Lagg?

For some reason when i play i get insane lagg now all of a sudden, for instance i was on map duck and coulnt even look mid without not being able to move, being slowed down, vision was blurry so i couldnt see anything. Also i get this lagg when grenades are thrown. I have no idea what this is about, my teamates cant see this when they are chasing me. Please help i don't want to have to reinstall dp, i need help i cant take htis lagg my clan thinks that im bad because of it, btw this also happned once on wobluda, i restart my computer and nothing happens, ping is fine...but fps is like always between 15 and 20 i do not understand. its the worst lagg ive had reflecting water is turned off, i have know idea..is it maybe a texture overload? is ther such thing? if so can i fix it, and how? thanks

I lagg all the time also, it's probably just a slow computer .. Try running a Anti-virus scan for your computer

Hardware specs?
Also check:
If you have high perfomance mode set on your PC
If you play in windowed mode there should be anything over your paintball window
If your graphic (and all) drivers are up to date
If you have ntb, play while plugged in

Try using lower resolution/disabling hr4 pack/disabling anti-aliasing
Also you might consider uploading demo with this lag if this happens constantly and you are able to reproduce it

The easiest solution is not to play bugmaps like duck or wobluda (I guess you played the original versions, because there're no finished fixed ones yet).
