I'm trying to begin getting some experience in mapmaking, but
a) Can somebody tell me what to do after the last step in this guide http://dplogin.com/forums/index.php?topic=5150.0

and

b) How do I get my map to show up on the map list in start new game?

Help would be appreciated, thanks.
