Bug - points in siege mode

Happened on 2nd April, don't really remember which server, possibly OTB (b32).

Here's the thing. I was on red team, we were attacking this round. I believe points were like 49-41 for us.

Round started...
*KRONE (VM-68) eliminated *Hopee16 (Carbine). //one blue down
*[eX]CreaTura (Spyder SE) eliminated *[q]Japan (VM-68). //one red down
*[eX]CreaTura (Spyder SE) eliminated *KRONE (PGP). //another red down
N8mare-kicksurASS timed out.
*[CC]Ghosts (PGP) eliminated *`.hAuReiN.' (Carbine). //yet another red eliminated
*[eX]CreaTura (Spyder SE) eliminated *b0rAt:] //and one more
(Carbine).
7:00 left in match.
*FsTyLeD (Carbine) eliminated *samdaman164 (Spyder SE). //last of us, defense gets 2 points
Defense Wins by Team Elim, 2pt bonus
*samdaman164 (Spyder SE) eliminated *FsTyLeD (Carbine). //that's the bug, blue team earned 5 points for kills + 2 for defense,  now it was 49-48 for red, but dead samdaman164 killed one blue - probably the roles switched too soon, so that the server/game thought red team was defending already, while we weren't (it was still time in-between rounds) , and gave us a point for eliminating, making it 50-48; now game didn't check if point limit was hit

Ok, I've added a check so only kills while the round is active will count toward the defender's score.
