im still confused on how to run servers properly.....
i made a shortcut to paintball.exe on my desk top, and change the target under properties to

but it isn't following the commands on the .cfg file i told it to use.
and it wont use the rotation i specified either. thus leaving me to have to close the console and change the taget map thing to what ever map i want then restart the server.......this is all a pain in the rear.... can any one help me?
