Is this a bug or just down to connection?

So im in [kuc] Privat, a week ago i was getting around a 60 ping and it was still doing this (in the demo). Why must i aim so high for the balls to dip, and its not even that far away? is there something i can do to stop this or what?

lol nah i specced him over a few rounds with more than one gun, the dip at times is just ridiculous

It's only affecting me, everyone else is fine, but somewhat i gotta aim 20 metres higher than others

lol intercoursemore its not, i think i would know =D i haven't had this happen to me in the past, just recently its started doing this.
everyone that i match or match with can basically aim on them and the bullets reach them, especially at the distance im shooting from (Main to Mid high wall on the demo)
