 i decided to post   

there are certain cmds in the game that can give you a huge advantage over the other players without modifying any files like gl_brightness and the texture quality at lowest the theres removing all but the colored textures to make ppl stand out

and with the right combo you can get more of andvantage than a real wallhack

so what ur seriously going to start banning people for
changing there ingame settings that YOU added seems kind of unfair and if you did not add them at least have the courtesy  to disable them

To be honest, i think this is silly. I mean, allowing setting to be changed is fine imo.

But, if they give "cheats", then i dont see why they cant change it.

Hey man!  Don't go getting my gl_brightness changed!  You and your LCD/LED monitor might cope, but I've gotta have it and gamma up pretty meddling high with texture quality pretty meddling low to play!  So you suck bro.

i agree ban brightness changing, its basically wallhacking, can maybe even be considered as aimbotting imo.
