« on: November 07, 2011, 02:52:53 AM »
When i type in the name to the server in the myserver.cfg file it doesn't work. I can change the name and all but it doesn't show up as the name chosen on the server list. Also the logins are the same  i set a desired login pw, and when i goto type it into game console it says bad password.....any suggesttions?

How do you start the server? Are there error messages or warnings in the server console?

Possibly executing server.cfg instead of myserver.cfg (shortcut command line parameter -exec myserver.cfg)

Starting it normally, no error messages come up, and the heratbeat is good. It might be that Gamabunta, but i never had the cnfg file myserver.cfg only server.cfg so i opened that up and saved it as myserver.cfg and save it for all files

here use this. rename the file to "myserver.cfg" and edit the file and delete the old file you have
