I'm looking for some new textures simply was tired of the ones i'm using currently so please give me some links to them thanks.

True, but the only textures which are bannable atm are the barrels. So if you get this pack and replace the barrels with other texture (for example jit's pack) it wont be problem.
At least thats how i understand this whole texture thing.

It's not just the barrels. I have no idea about the details as Jitspoe arranges this kind of stuff himself, but you can trust me when I say there have been bans for texture packs already.

I believe it counts as cheating/modifying content, which makes 64 (32 after coming clean) for a first offense.

Isnt it pretty weird? That we can get banned for something which is not specified. The official texture pack is not fully completed if i am not mistaken. You can even get a ban for texture pack, for example from OTB old packs? I would suppose its only for textures which are extremly light or sth like that. Maybe some forum post which would tell us whats bannable and whats not might be handy (I mean for a time before the official pack is finished). I would be pretty angry, getting banned for textures which, in my opinion, are better looking then jit' s. In addition, I dont like that some textures are still non-HQ in jit's pack, thats why i am not using these textures yet.

What's really weird is how jitspoe normally takes random screenshots while aliasing and when he sees something he thinks gives an advantage he takes time out of his day to warn the offender, thus giving them a chance to correct the situation. You would be amazed at the amount of textures he probably sees.

If there is some kind of warning before banning, then i dont see any problems with bans. Thanks for the explanation
