Balls dipping

Ive had this problem for a while, it might occur with everyone but i just want to know if the ball dipping is a problem with your connection or your fov?

By ball dipping i mean, having to aim like 2 metres above a player to actually hit him.. i get an 80 ping on most euros, but ive noticed other people with the same ping as me, when i spectate them, they aim right on the players and there balls dont dip whatsoever.

Its annoyed me for a while and i want to know what makes this shizz happen

Player velocity is added, so if you're falling downward, you need to aim above your target.  I'm not sure if that's the issue you're describing, though.  A demo would help.
