Odd.. make sure you have colormap.pcx in pball/pics

You're not launching it from the c:\DP2 directory.  I'm not too familiar with VB but you need to make sure the environment is set to c:\DP2 so it will know be able to find the required files (colormap.pcx for example).

Right click and properties on any shortcut; note the start-in field. =]

I'm grabbing it now to check it out, don't know if i can dump ase for this yet but I'll give it a try. Does dpsb do rcon commands yet?
