How do I connect to a server not on the server list?

How do I connect to a server not on the server list? my network DP server won't show up but I know its IP.

quite well to this fits my current problem with  the serverlist.  I've heard from some, and it's the same for me, that the MeMi servers don't show up on the ingame-browserlist anymore, although they are still online... why? This way everyone has to connect by either typing the IP in the console or using HLSW / ASE...

If they are not configured to talk to the master server then that is the reason.

ALso, make sure that when you type "connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" add the port at the end if it is not standard:
"connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxxx"

well, actually they have always shown up on the list, just not for the past 2-3 weeks...?

It probably has something to do with dpball.com being down so much / being relocated.  You might try restarting the servers and see if they show up again.

Yeah, prolly that. When the DP servers were being moved it was kinda funny to see the HTML dump of the "being moved" page every time my poor little server got confused while trying to submit itself to dpball.com :)

that seems to work, thank you.  I restarted both MeMi Pub and MeMi Match, both are showing up on the list now.

 i follow the steps on the server startup and it always has 999 ping its greyed out and no one can see it how can i fix this
