[Bug] Observer kill

I joined Arctic Public and console said that one observer person killed another observer person. Icon was wrong, both were in a team.

Were you actually completely in the game at that point?  Did you see the issue any more beyond that?  It probably hadn't finished transferring information about the teams or something...

Yes, it happened 2 seconds after the join and just one time.

You are 2fast4thisgame, you saw the kill before it happen, deal with it.
