So I thought I'd shoot this idea out for people to view and think of. I want to do something with SoFa Pictures similar to that that InT and FarmStarz did. Basically Have people on the team that are not that experienced to play with somewhat experienced players. I'm going to say right now that IRC and Mumble are a MUST for this.
