time discrepancy 2

Well, whenever people on my server are on my server for more than one map, they get kicked for time discrepancy 2 about in the middle of the second map they played in.
How do I fix this?

Normally a restart solves this problem. It happens with nearly every server that is online for a longer time.

just type in the server console "map (and the map you want" to make the server restart with this map
