Yes for example searching pac itself wont find the link above, Anti-Cheat will. You just have to persevere.

PAC would probably find it somewhere, but not at first place maybe.

As for PAC: It is right now mostly way to annoy older guys who hate me, so by saing "PAC" they get mad.
On the other hand, i recently sent Jitspoe little PoC based somewhat on PAC that would detect everything speedhack related. Maybe i'll send more simple PoC to Jitspoe in future. But PAC itself is dead now, and nobody really cares about reactivating, including you, Unrated :) .
