adding bot+turning off autobalance in BSP [command]?

Hey guys,

Is there any command in BSP that you write in the worldspawn that
-adds a bot and make it join a special team
-turns off autobalance

just like tutorialmap - 1 for g_autobalance 0 and addbot [...] / botcmd all join [team]
