I've recently noticed a gang of Raoul_Duke's in the forums.  They've been thread necromancing like crazy.

Also, perhaps you should set up a sticky that outlines forum rules? I've noticed there isn't really one of those.

You mean like this?  I guess I could stand to make something more "official."

I think the problem lies in the fact that the forum software flags everything unread as "new", so whenever a new over-active poster signs up, we see a flood of thread necromancy.  I posted in their forums a while back about it, but got no response.
