[Feature] Filter

A good feature that can be used by moderators and administrators, a yearly filter. This is to delete every retired clans w/o members. Which removes your "Former" retired clans. Except unactivated accounts, though. =)

Filter = Yearly
Clan expirations = Depends on creation of the clan

Filter = Inactive clans + Unactivated accounts
Clan expirations= Unfair + Some clans last for 5 years like .oXz.
