I agree almost everything you write pif, but jeongwa was a little bit suspect and now he is banned and why? - Distributing cheats... And i believe there is more reasons which jitspoe yet can not find... Is this really what makes a good player?

Hellow community , just here to say a little sorry, because i've been an ass-hole, and pretty much killed the english language when i was younger.. it might still be the case for the second part.. but i guess i've learned a lot while playing some other game, like league of legend, and stuff like this. So i'm gonna be unbanned in fews days, or a half month, and i'm here because, during thoses years, my computer still the same, but i've changed my provider, so i might be playing a bit on this game when ubanned, and i don't want to worry about it. Is it fine playing this game if my IP's have changed, but with the same computer?

If you are trying to ask whether you can play while being banned even though you changed provider: No, the ban is on your hardware.
If you are trying to ask whether you can play on your old pc when the ban is over: yes, the hardware ban will be removed when the ban itself expires.

, and yes, i'am asking if i could play on my account when he will be unbanned with my new " IP" , because of the change of my provider, to know if i would have any trouble with a new IP on the same account. Anyway, i got it now. See you Jimmy.
