Website bug?

So I am looking for some clan profiles, and then I tried to find this "Join Clan" button. Are there some changes, or this is a bug?

I also tried looking in other clan profiles.

edit bcz i wrote something senseless: you cant join a different clan if you are already in one, leave you currient clan and try to join .sTone. again.
