Try exiting AVG and running it.  Start it back up when you're done testing though.

When you dont know how to do that, sorry, stop it.
Rightclick on AVG in Tray, Close or sth like that.

Moved to resolved.

Issue was that router/modem were seperate, and modem had a seperate firewall.
