Feature Request: sv_votemapenabled Tweak

I noticed recently that maps that aren't on the maplist can receive votes.  It would be nice if you could restrict votes to only maps that are on the maplist.

Sorry for reviving this thread, but: What's the status of this? There was no feature vote created and I can not find any documentation of this, so I guess jitspoe just forgot to add the feature vote, right? I'd like to have the map voting enabled on some servers but people seem to abuse that to get maps that do not fit the server. I quickly checked the source code but I can not find the server part of the map voting, so I guess it's not in the open source part - I would have implemented it otherwise.

Not worth doing a vote, since this is like 2 lines of code.  Will add it to the next version (map list and rotation are basically the same thing, so sv_votemapenabled 2 will just disable voting maps not on the maplist into rotation).

Map voting system really needs an overhaul, but this was trivial to add.

Now I just need to put out a new release some day...
