YouTube. It has a great selection of videos, a nice UI, and it has a flash player that actually WORKS! Google/Yahoo Video merely crash into the dust.

YouTube, Google, and Yahoo! video all work for me, but they all suck compared to good old downloadable mpg/avi files.
