ch1ll !match command MOVED

As many of you may have noticed, we have moved the ch1ll^match bot to irc.gg-center.net in hopes of attracting more of the community to this network.  You will no longer be able to access the !match command on ETG.

if you would like to connect to both ETG and GGC on the same client use the /server -m irc.gg-center.net command.
