Error related to OpenGL. Video card should be fine so how do I get drivers?

Computer savvy people out there...
I recently have been using a computer other than the one I have at home, and the game doesn't seem to work on that one. When I click on it, it says,

"Error occurred during initialization. Make sure you have an OpenGL video card and the latest drivers installed."

I believe that the computer does have the video card. How do I get the "latest drivers"? Is there a way to download them?
