Match Servers!

I've updated the GRAFFiTi Match Server Tool at http://69.93.11.66/~dpaintball/index-MatchTool.shtml  If anyone runs into a problem using it please email me at the address in my profile.

Please excuse the GT Website as it needs to be updated as well but the clan is idle at this time.

Where's the rest of the URL? You don't have it all there... You're missing the http://69.93.11.66/ that goes in front of it...  Can you see the whole address in this post?

You should be able to just click:

http://69.93.11.66/~dpaintball/index-MatchTool.shtml

on this post.  Mine works just fine on Firefox and IE... any idea what's goin on?

I am lost...  I click the first link and it takes me right to it... Any clue why it works for me and not you guys.  Also gtmatch.cgi is in the dir public_html/cgi-bin

What do I need to do to fix the error?  Move gtmatch.cgi to public_html instead of in public_html/cgi-bin?  I know I fixed the tool and it works, I think this is just a directory issue but I'm a noob so I'm unsure :)

Inside the code I found <FORM ACTION=\"cgi-bin/gtmatch.cgi\" METHOD=\"post\">

would changing the / to \ in the string making it look like <FORM ACTION=\"cgi-bin\gtmatch.cgi\" METHOD=\"post\"> fix the prob?

I think he meant just delete the cgi-bin part since its already relative to it

does the / need to be in front of gtmatch.cgi?  strange I just got through deleteing cgi-bin from that string and I come here and see your post....  Can someone test now?  the string now looks like <FORM ACTION=\"gtmatch.cgi\" METHOD=\"post\"> and it still loads for me LOL  If the / is necessary I can just go back in and add it... Please let me know... thanks loads :)

OK I think I got it to work...  I tested it remotely on a friend's PC through VNC with success.  Please lemme know if any of you have problems with it now?

WooHoo thanks Ironfist and Tom for your help!!  I have no idea wtf I'm doing and I'm tired of good servers going to waste because no one has time to keep them in check...  I find myself having to "wing it" often and it makes me happy when things work the way they should.

Snipen and Sharon share the cost of about $1,200 a year to keep these servers going and it's a shame to see them go to waste.

To the DP community:  These servers are here for your enjoyment and as always I welcome suggestions from you to make them better.  It is my goal to make them cheat and trouble free as well as presenting a map selection that pleases the majority.
