Make it work. =)
The only issue I can see with this is on dodgeball maps where the jail is exposed... Just make it so that after the round ends, only jail people can actually die. Or, maybe more fun: You can still shoot people on the field from the jail, and they fall over and stuff, but no kills or deaths actually get registered.
