Here is my TODO list
1)make it draw the tga textures fauther - Used NeVo's Temp Mipmaping
2)get the HUD working
3)JPG textures -- Easy it was just a copy out of OGL
4)get the skins working its in the .exe so won't worry to much about it
5)work on the drawing order
6)32bits color lights
7)moving lights(might not happen.. it will have to render live)
