This thread is for signups only, so please, just one post per person attending.  Direct any comments or questions to the main DPCon thread.  If you wish to make changes, modify your post.  Don't make a new one.  I want to have a clean list of potential attendees.

¹ If for any reason you don't want your contact information publically displayed, you can email it to me, message it to me, or get it to me in some other fashion.  Also, it's best to post your email in format the spam bots won't pick up, like nameATdomainDOTcom or naNOSPAMme@domain.com.
² Optional, but if you have a cell phone, it would be nice to have that information so I can contact you at the last minute in case anything comes up.
