Corrupted config file?

Well i dont kno if anyone else has this problem but I do and I need help ASAP

Problem:
When I start DPB it opens in a windowed mode and shows a little box on the right bottom of my screen.
That says Something about the config having a coruppted file.When im in a game I cant even Talk,move,Shoot or anything that involves moving or typing i can only change my teams and quit.SO i reinstalled DPB 10 times and i still had the same problem. ANY HELP PLEASE?!

Unzip this file into your paintball2\pball\configs directory.  Overwrite the config.cfg file when it prompts you.

Put the attached file into this folder:

C:\games\paintball2\pball\configs\

Something is wrong with your hard drive.  Back up your (important) data, then do the following:

Start|Run
Type "cmd" and hit enter.  It'll bring up a "black box" (the command prompt).  Once that's open, type "chkdsk" and hit enter.
