HOW DO I CREATE A MAP

HEY DIRTY TACO ITS ME (BOD) Kane AND YOU TOLD ME TO COME HERE DOWNLOAD MAPS EDITOR AND HOW DO I CREATE A ONE. I MEAN I WENT TO FILES AND I WENT DOWN TO MAPP DOWNLAOD AND I CLICKED IT AND IT SAID WEBSITE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED HELP >:( 8)

ok i downloaded it now how do i create it.. cause some file popped up saying bsp with all these folders and i dont know how to or where do i go enter and create a map

hey joe i downloaded and i clicked bsp.. to create a map and a run or cancel they popped up and when i clicked popp up it said error cannot find pak file [c:\bsp\pball2\whatever.pak]... and then i cliked ok then another one popped up saying [c:\bsp\pball2\whatever.pak]... is a valid .pak file, choose another files plzz help i really want to create a map my email is jsprwinstead@yahoo.com my x-fire aacobra360:)

I think you might of installed it in the wrong place. You shouls place .bsp in your c drive. Correct me if im wrong, but this worked for me when I was having the same problem.
